It began in 1938 as an artisan bakery and is now a lively and dynamic business where we select the best typical products from Brescia and Trentino every day, which are processed according to local traditions and with great attention to quality.

IL TEMPIO DEL BAGÒSS
We are maturers and refiners with more than 30 different types of this unique cheese, the symbol of Bagolino. Each cheese is cared for in our CE-certified workshop to ensure authentic maturation and intense flavours.
TYPICAL CHEESES
From fresh to mature cheeses, we select only small mountain producers to bring the true local cheese tradition to your table.
TYPICAL MEAT PRODUCTS
Speck, pancetta, salami and lard: traditionally processed and naturally matured for a long time, according to the recipes of our region.

FRESH BREAD EVERY DAY
Every morning we receive fresh bread from our trusted artisan bakers, with a selection of ciabattas, loaves, rustic bread and local specialities.
A real showstopper is our Focaccia Pasquì with a high hydration content, crispy on the outside and super soft on the inside, prepared with a long rising time and selected ingredients. It is available in different varieties and with different fillings and has become a real speciality appreciated by both locals and tourists.
