The Living Area

Outdoor Living

Outdoor living is undoubtedly one of Casa Miralago’s greatest highlights. The spacious, partially covered terrace is furnished with a comfortable round dining table and sun loungers, making it the ideal setting for breakfast, long summer lunches or relaxing evenings overlooking the lake.

A large glass sliding wall separates the terrace from the garden, allowing you to enjoy the spectacular views sheltered from the wind during spring and autumn. On warm summer days, the glass wall can be partially opened, letting a refreshing breeze from the lake cool the terrace naturally.

The small but beautifully landscaped garden offers sunny and shaded spots throughout the day. Relax on the comfortable lounge sofa or one of the sun loungers while taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Idro. From the garden, a short path and staircase lead directly towards the lake. After approximately 10 metres, you reach the lakeside cycling and walking path. Cross the path and, through a gate and a few steps, you can step straight into the crystal-clear waters of Lake Idro for a refreshing swim. Paddleboarding, sailing, kayaking and kitesurfing are all literally on your doorstep.

A scenic cycling and walking path runs along the lake, making it easy to explore the charming lakeside villages on foot or by bicycle.

A Perfect Destination in Winter Too

Casa Miralago is not only a wonderful place to stay during spring, summer and autumn, but also an excellent winter destination. The family-friendly Maniva Ski Resort is only about 30 minutes away and offers skiing, cross-country skiing and ski touring. Within approximately 50 minutes you can reach the renowned Pinzolo / Madonna di Campiglioski area, featuring hundreds of kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes for both beginners and experienced skiers.

After an exciting day in the snow, return to the warmth and comfort of Casa Miralago. The energy-efficient underfloor heating keeps the house cosy during winter, while providing pleasant cooling during the summer months.
