Casa La Quiete di Idro is an apartment on the 1st floor of a residential complex consisting of 4 apartments, in a quiet neighbourhood in Crone, about 300 metres from the centre and the lake. The apartment is approx. 60 m2 and can accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation has a large garden with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers.
Upon entering, there is a beautiful open space with a living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an induction hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and electric coffee maker. From the kitchen, you have access to the outdoor balcony, where you can admire the village of Crone and catch a glimpse of Lake Idro.
In the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds.
The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin and washer-dryer combination.
The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with independent air conditioning and satellite TV.
Public parking spaces are available in front of the house.
First delivery of bed linen and towels are included in the price. Extra bed linen change is available for a fee.
Additional costs: final cleaning € 150.00 and tourist tax € 1.00 per day per person.
